- Upon receipt of your order form, we will e-mail you the total cost including the price and shipping cost for your order. You need to deposit the money and send the screen shot to the email with the reference number so it will be easy for us to track the payment.
- Once you make the payment we will start our order process from our matcha suppliers in UJi and it will take several days for your order to reach you . Approximately 2 weeks as it directly coming from Japan. We appreciate your understanding.
- Shipping is currently at a special rate of LKR 1,500. Future charges may vary depending on shipping costs and taxes
- If your e-mail address is incorrect, we will not be able to response to you. If you have not received a response from us for more than 5 days, please check your e-mail address.
- We will keep you updated every step (when we receive money & when we dispatch from Japan)
